Cape May Fitness Nutrition is about changing old habits or in other words, "BAD Habits into GOOD Habits" an expression coach Wilson thrives on in his BH4GH model of leadership! Nutrition is more than fuel, it tells a story about us as individuals, cultures, and moods.

Food is packed with signals that travel throughout our bodies and give very important information to selective organs to do specific tasks essential to living! How we chose to live is dictated by the foods we chose to eat! Hmmmm... 

Therefore, we at CMFCN don't believe in quick fixes or gimmick meal plans that leave you later wondering what happen, yes... your actually getting heavier because of those fad diets.

CMFCN believe in a holistic approach to nutrition because most people need more than just a meal plan, yes... we give you a meal customized to your needs and limiting factors. However, our coaching techniques are geared toward your limiting factors first (BAD HABITS) and then the meal plan second. Longevity is our goal! A lifestyle change is what we are after, complete happines fulfilled with health and knowledge that lasts. 

So... what do you exaclty get? 

  1. Initial consultation (phone or meeting)
  2. Observation and Planning Meeting (coaching/weigh-in)
  3. Weekly consultations/meetings with coach Wilson (coaching/weigh-in)
  4. Meal Plan (customized to your needs/goals)
  5. Meal Plans (change according to observations and analysis of your limiting factors by you and coach)
  6. Self-Tracker app, mobile phone account (meal plan, grocery list, food exchange option for yor taste buds), works like MyFitnessPal but so much better!
  7. Access to 24 hr communication thread through coach Wilson's app to help answer questons and concerns every day! 
  8. Constant re-evaluations to assure progress by Certified Nutrition Coach, Mike Wilson
