CMFC offers many classes that are included with your gym membership. We offer Zumba, Spin, ExtremeFit, Body Blast, Yoga, For a full schedule see the link below.

ZUMBA®:  is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

ExtremeFit:  Rigorous boot camp circuits combining plyometrics, agility, strength and cardio exercises.

Spinning®:  is challenging, fun, and one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning lots of calories. ... There are other indoor cycling classes, but Spinning® was the first and is considered to have the best instructors with the highest level of knowledge and expertise.

Body Blast:  is a full body workout that involves cardio to increase the heart rate, and resistance training to sculpt the arms, butt, and core. It is an intense workout to start your day out right and have you leave class feeling great!

Yoga:  Beginner to Intermediate. ... It includes a centering, stretches, asanas (yoga postures) standing, sitting, and lying down, with explanations of how to come in and out of postures. There is attention to breathing and alignment of the body. Members generally feel inner peace, relaxation, and a sense of renewal from this class.

WHPH - Work Hard Party Hard:  Work Hard, Party Hard - Kelsy's FUHN cardio dance party combined with hand weight. toning exercises, kickboxing, and ending with mat work.
