Summer Open Mat Tumbling

  • Starts July 7th
  • Every Thursday from 6:00pm to 7:30pm
  • Only $10 per class

Open mat tumbling is structured for the student that is interested in tumbling instruction without any commitment to recital performance or for the acrobatic student that would just like an extra hour a week of tumbling instruction. Open mat hour consists of 15 min. of cardio, 15 min of abs and strengthening followed by 30 min. of tumbling instruction down the mat. Along with instruction and spotting, the student will also have supervised use of the trampoline, wedge mat, balancing kanes, and other learning tools. This class is for beginners through advanced students and all are instructed at their currant level so they may continue to learn new and higher levels of floor tumbling.  Open Mat Tumbling classes are held on Saturday Mornings from 9:00-10:00 am.
